   COMMUNITY INFORMATION : WMRDC

The White Mountain Regional Development Corporation (WMRDC) was founded in 1989 as a not-for-profit organization to facilitate economic growth and diversity for the southern Navajo County communities of Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, Snowflake, and Taylor. The WMRDC works closely with the White Mountain Partnership to maintain a regional website for tourism and also a website for economic development and relocation informaiton.

"To strengthen and diversify the White Mountains economy by building a strong organization for business retention, expansion, and new business attraction"

Membership Information
WMRDC attributes its overall success to the growing public-private partnership that supports the organization.

Membership to WMRDC is open to any individual or business, small or large that wish to support the economic growth of the White Mountains region of Arizona. There are various levels of participation, starting out with the Entrepreneur Club and expanding to the Chairman’s Club. Membership dues received for WMRDC help support the many programs offered through this non-profit organization.
